Joe Solo will be well known to many of our readers for his dynamic and uncompromising performances and campaigning activities. Some will also be aware of his entertaining and thought provoking comments and anecdotes on his Facebook profile.

He has appeared at both the Shuttle Shuffle Festival and at the Yorkshire Gig Guide Music nights as well as at many other venues and festivals across Yorkshire and beyond. Winner of the 2015 Grassroots Peoples Award, Joe has also recently released the latest in a long line of recordings.

Yorkshire Gig Guide managed to find a chink in his busy schedule to chat about the CD and the many other activities he has been involved in over the last year or so.
